Three Gallon Kit contains: Six-gallon fermentation bucket with lid and airlock, six-gallon bottling bucket with spigot and lid, three-gallon PET carboy with #10 stopper and airlock, five feet siphon tubing, auto siphon, auto siphon clamp, bottling wand, 24-inch plastic spoon, 18” x 32” nylon straining bag, triple-scale hydrometer, triple-scale hydrometer, 4 oz sanitizer, 2 oz acid blend, 1 oz yeast energizer, 2 oz yeast nutrient (diammonium phosphate), 1 oz wine tannin, 2 oz potassium metabisulfite, 1 oz potassium sorbate, 1 oz pectic enzyme.
